I want to spend some time in Napoli maybe 2 weeks. What neighborhood would be the best?

I heard that Vomero is the safest. I want to get a small apartment. Also what neighborhoods should I stay away from. I have been but only for a few days and stayed in a hotel near the bay.
Is Bagnoli a good place to stay

You could try Pozzuoli or Baia…they are a little bit further from the center of the city but are a lot quieter….

I suggest you a more central area such as Riviera di Chiaia if you like goin around on foot. But if you need it is served by metro too. Also Mergellina is a wonderful area. Vomero is good, but a bit far from the rest

    Hi!I’m Stefania from Italy.
I live near Naples,Caserta, where is the Royal Palace of Borbon.
    I love so much Naples.
The safest neighborhood is Vomero(of course),Posillipo,Chiaia,Bagnoli…..
    The worse are Forcella,Scampia,Quartieri Spagnoli….
Unfortunately, what that you see at television news is only the worse, but in Naples there are a lot good things too.
You should go to Mergellina(a part of Chiaia):is the seafront…Fantastic!
And you have to eat pizza, the real pizza there is only in Naples.
