anyone had problems shipping packages to italy using USPS?

i recently shipped a package to italy and it was supposed to arrive in 8 business days and its been 17 days already. when i check the tracking number it says its been stuck in italy in customs.
i declared it as clothing only and thats all there was in it… i didn’t know that [...]
